 Murray K. Seidel, MD

Total Joint Replacement Specialist
Dr. Seidel graduated with honors from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania and received his MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Following internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Dr. Seidel moved to Boston to complete his surgical residency at Tufts University-New England Medical Center Hospitals. He returned to the University of Pennsylvania for a residency in orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Seidel served in the United States Navy as a Lt. Commander at the Naval Hospital of Charleston as well as instructor in the Department of Orthopedics at the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to co-founding Atlantic Orthopedics, Dr. Seidel was associated with Southeastern Orthopaedic Clinic. He has interests in rotator cuff and shoulder disease, foot and ankle surgery, total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery and carpal tunnel syndrome.
When he’s not working, Dr. Seidel enjoys sailboat racing, skeet shooting and riding his Harley Davidson. He is also very active in the Boy Scouts of America.
