 Richard D. Ulstad, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Mr. Richard D. Ulstad is currently the Physician Assistant to Dr. Robert Boswell. He graduated high school from Gilmour Academy and went on to the University of Rochester in New York to earn degrees with honors in Biology and Psychology, a Certificate in Business Management, and a Minor in Spanish Studies. Mr. Ulstad then earned his Master of Science and Physician Assistant Certificate from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, he is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Mr. Ulstad has been at Atlantic Orthopedics, PA since 2003 focusing on general orthopedics, sports medicine, and surgery with special interest in the shoulder and knee. He also has experience with internal and family medicine. In his spare time, Mr. Ulstad enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities, but especially enjoys boating and triathlons. His wife, Melissa and son, Jack are also a very big and happy part in his life.
