About Patient Satisfaction
The TRUE definition of quality is reduction of variation about the mean. As quality experts note, unless you have data, you have no business talking about quality. At Atlantic Orthopedics, we continually strive to improve the care of patients with orthopedic and spine problems. We feel this specialty center approach enables us to apply all of our broad resources in orthopedics and focus them on a specific area for the benefit of the patient.
The goal of the Atlantic Orthopedics survey is to measure a full spectrum of patient care, including appointment wait times, atmosphere and appearance of our offices, office and nursing staff, and care provided by our physicians and physician assistants. We strive to understand where we need to improve our patient experience.
Quality is a journey, however, rather than a destination, and Atlantic Orthopedics is committed to continually improving. The patient satisfaction data we publish documents our footprints on that journey.
