Andy Culbreth, PA-C, DFAAPA
Physician Assistant-Certified
A native of Smithfield, NC, Mr. Culbreth graduated from North Carolina State University in 1985 with a degree in Zoology. He completed the Physician Assistant program at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in 1994. He is board certified by the NCCPA and a fellow of the American Association of Physician Assistants. Andy Culbreth at Atlantic Orthopedics in Wilmington has been named a Distinguished Fellow by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He has practiced in Wilmington as a PA in orthopaedics since 1994. Mr. Culbreth has a special interest in minimally invasive total hip and knee replacementas well ascomplex hip and knee revision procedures. He enjoys hunting, fishing and camping and his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Culbreth and his wife Judy have two sons. Andy is currently the physician assistant with Walter W. Frueh, MD.
