Hocker of Atlantic Orthopedics, PA has been Board Certified in the medical specialty of orthopaedics by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (A.B.O.S.). Dr. Hocker successfully completed a comprehensive oral and written examination given by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

With offices at Atlantic Orthopedics, PA, Dr. Hocker concentrates his practice on shoulder, knee and hip replacement and is Dual Fellowship Trained in Adult Joint Reconstruction and Sports Medicine. Dr. Hocker received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at Duke University. While at UNC, Dr. Hocker was Captain of the 1993 Tar Heel Football Team and in 1994, he played for the NFL’s San Diego Chargers.
Dr. Hocker is currently accepting new patients at 3787 Shipyard Boulevard in Wilmington, NC and 4222 Long Beach Road in Southport, NC. He can be reached at 910-763-2361.
